Calling a Patient

Patients may receive calls between 7:00 A.M. and 9:00 P.M. A patient’s room can be reached by calling the Patient Room Access Line at (419) 354-8999, then entering the room number, followed by the pound sign (#).

Cellular telephones may be used anywhere in the hospital. If interference with clinical equipment occurs, hospital staff will ask you to discontinue use of the telephone. The use of the camera function on cell phones is prohibited due to privacy laws.

Public telephones are located in the Laboratory/ Radiology waiting area, Registration lobby, and front lobby.
