Identification

Upon admission to the hospital, you will receive an identification band to wear throughout your stay. Proper identification is essential to safe patient care. Hospital staff will utilize the identification band when giving medications and before treatments. Please do not remove the band while you are a patient in the hospital.  

Photo identification badges are required to be worn by all hospital staff. Please alert your healthcare professional if you have concerns about proper staff identification.
