Sports Physicals for Students

Falcon Health Center offers sports physicals to high school and middle school students ages 12+ who are participating in sports that require a medical exam. The sports physicals are offered as a walk-in service and are $30 paid for at the time of the visit. A parent or guardian must accompany the athlete to the physical.

Sports physicals are also offered by Wood Health Company primary care physician offices and pediatricians, but availability is limited as the fall sports season approaches.
