Know Where to Go
When you need care…
When you are feeling sick or have a serious health situation, there are several options for medical care. Understanding the urgency of your ailment can help you decide when you have a true medical emergency that requires an emergency room visit, when you can safely go to urgent care or when you should contact your primary care provider.
Your PCP should be your first call in non-emergency situations as they know your health history and what conditions may need to be considered in your treatment.
- Chronic conditions
