IAC Accreditation
Wood County Hospital Cardiac Services earned an Echocardiography Accreditation from the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC) in Adult Transthoracic.
Echocardiography can detect heart disease or signs of serious cardiovascular conditions. The IAC accreditation is a “seal of approval” that indicates consistent quality care and a commitment to continuous improvement. Patients can rely on this seal of approval when seeking treatment.
The IAC is a nonprofit organization that evaluates and accredits facilities that provide interventional-based procedures and diagnostic imaging. After an intensive application and review process, WCH Cardiac Services earned their accreditation.
The Cardiac Services team were dedicated and put in a great deal of hard work to earn this distinguished achievement. Congratulations to the Cardiac Services team!
