Hops and Vines Raises Funds to Support the WCH Family Birthing Center and The Ready Program
The Wood County Hospital Guild Raised Over $62,000 From its Annual Fundraising Event for The Ready Program and WCH Family Birthing Center
On Friday, October 6, the Hops & Vines fundraising event showcased the community spirit and commitment to supporting healthcare in Wood County.
The event featured exquisite wines and locally brewed craft beers that complemented a diverse dinner and dessert selection. The dinner selection included a carving station with beef tenderloin sliders, crab cakes and even a sushi bar.
A local band provided live music for attendees, and a photo booth offered the opportunity to take fun pictures that could be printed and taken home.
This night of fun was all in support of The Ready Program, a program dedicated to providing children diagnosed with autism the learning and readiness skills needed to transition into Kindergarten, as well as the WCH Family Birthing Center.
Hops & Vines would not have been the success it was without the contributions from sponsors along with the WCH Dietary team, Foundation, Maintenance and Marketing staff.
Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this event a reality. You changed lives, and we look forward to seeing you next year!
