Falcon Health Center Celebrates 1 Year
Members of the Falcon Health Center (FHC) staff, physicians, and administration, along with patients celebrated the Center’s first anniversary on Tuesday, August 19, 2014 with a cake cutting ceremony.
WCH President Stan Korducki, Bowling Green State University Assiciate Vice President for Student Affairs Richard Sipp, and FHC Medical Director Nicholas Espinoza, D.O. took part in the celebration.
FHC is owned and operated by Wood County Hospital and offers preventative and illness-related health services to Bowling Green State University students, faculty, staff and alumni. Since May 2014, general members of the Wood County and Bowling Green community have been able to obtain health services at the center when Wood County Hospital relocated its’ ReadyCare after hours clinic and the Haskins Road blood draw center to FHC. Operating hours were also extended to evenings and weekends. FHC had more than 17,000 patient visits during it’s first year of operation.
