Your weight loss journey begins here

Patient Resources

At the Center for Weight Loss Surgery our goal is to give you the tools you need to be successful in your weight loss journey.

Patient Information Guides

The documents below are intended for use by our weight loss surgery patients.  These are online versions of our guides to surgery for both the gastric bypass and the sleeve gastrectomy.  In the surgery guide, you will find the outline of the phase two liquid diet patients need to follow during the 2 weeks leading up to surgery.

The vitamin and mineral regiment for our patients who have had the gastric bypass is available as well.  If you have any questions about the documents please call our office.
