We offer a comprehensive range of testing to help identify problems in your arteries such as peripheral vascular disease, carotid artery disease and aortic aneurysm. Your tests are performed by registered vascular technologists and read by a physician specially trained to interpret the results.
All testing requires a physician order. An appointment is required for all studies except electrocardiograms (available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
To schedule your appointment, call 419-354-8896.
Peripheral Arterial Evaluation and Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI): Non-invasive tests that measure blood flow through your arteries:
Doppler Ultrasound
Pulse Volume Recordings (PVR)
Segmental Blood Pressures (SBP)
Abdominal Aorta Duplex: Ultrasound that tests for an aneurysm (bulge) in the main artery of your body.
Call (419) 354-8896 to schedule your vascular testing.
Wood County Hospital Vascular Lab is accredited by the Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories (ICAVL) in Carotid and Peripheral Arterial testing.
